Members Geoffrey T and Mr Pauli met in The Hague in 1999. With 80's electronic funk, post-disco and boogie music as their main inspiration the two started working together in the studio. This led to their first 12" release (MDEX Recordings) in 2004. Almost ten years and various EP's and remixes later later, Bumper still continues their mission to get the party started!
